We would like to hear from you about areas of improvement that would enhance our services and your experience as a patient here at Student Health Services. We are interested in hearing your suggestions for improvement, areas of service shortfall, and general overall feedback.
Patients, visitors and other SHS constituents may also present complaints in writing via email at health@ucr.edu or by leaving the written complaint in the front lobby Suggestion Box, giving the written complaint to any SHS staff member, or mailing the complaint to SHS in care of the Patient Advocate to the above address.
